Campaign Contribution Limits

A person can contribute no more than $4,000 to one campaign finance entity, and a total of $10,000 to all campaign finance entities, during the four-year cycle from 01/01/2007 through 12/31/2010.

Contributions may be made by Individuals, or by Business Entities. Contributions by different corporations are required to be considered as being made by one contributor if: (1) The corporations that made the contributions were owned by the same stockholders; or (2) One of the corporations wholly owns the other.
